Is ProvenNest an assisted living or care facility?
No. ProvenNest provides unlicensed shared housing and does not provide medical, personal-care, or clinical services.
What does “independent adult” mean?
Residents must be cognitively aware, able to recognize an emergency, and able to evacuate independently, including when using a wheelchair, cane, or other mobility aid.
What payment sources are considered?
Private pay, SSI/SSDI income, VA benefits, approved housing vouchers, grants, and assistance programs may be considered based on eligibility and prior arrangement.
Are rooms immediately available?
